RED EYE CENTRE/SCARBOROUGH FIELDHOUSE
Brand New Long Toss Club
The Long Toss Club
Every year, we are looking for ways for our players to build and strengthen their talents and skills, However, the one area that is truly needed is throwing. We have a ball in our hand more than a bat. Players, coaches and parents wonder how we can strengthen our arms. Well LONG TOSS is the number one activity that helps players develop arm strength, endurance and velocity. We have 2 programs for players 9-13 and 14+...We even have a Big league long toss program for Elite, University and Pro Players.
Annual throwing recommendations for all players.
The way to develop big league arm strength is simple: throw. Pitchers make a
living throwing a baseball, so I encourage them to throw as often as possible.
In the big leagues, pitchers throw more than 225 days a year. You should
develop consistent throwing habits, too. They don't have to be as intense as a
big league pitcher's throwing routine, but you should throw consistently
year-round.
