- CrossFit Training CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide
- Core Training your abs play a huge part with pitching, hitting and throwing. Let's strengthen them to get you playing at your optimal performance.
- Resistance Training working with bands and cords to provide tone and work those fine muscle areas.
You can workout once a week or twice a week. We will work with your schedule!!
Workout as a team or in a group or by yourself. It doesn't matter we will get you ready for the season, a tournament or tryouts.
Where: Red Eye Centre/Scarborough Fieldhouse
Cost: 10 sessions $400 (once a week), 20 sessions $700 (twice a week)
Days: Thursday and Saturdays
Players Ages: 10 - Adult
